My Go-To Smoothie Recipes
I often don’t eat as many greens as I should. With these recipes, I can add Hemp Protein and leafy greens to my smoothie, and it still tastes sweet. Feel free to adjust the measurements or substitute different fruit to the smoothie. You can also add yogurt to the smoothie if you want a different consistency. I’d recommend using Fage Greek Yogurt. I use a Magic Bullet to blend individual smoothies. I like to make one for the next day and freeze it, because my Magic Bullet came with lids. Hopefully you enjoy my recipes đŸ™‚ Xoxo Michelle
