End of Summer Closet Clean Out
Remember the good old days when your mom would take you back to school shopping? I miss those days. Now when summer ends I feel like I still need to get a few new pairs of jeans and a few jackets for the fall season. Technically, I can still call it back to school shopping since I am finishing up my last year of college. For those of you who don’t have school starting at the end of August, you can still stock up on some warmer fall clothing items. From my experience, it seems like Utah starts to get chilly at night by the end of September. A jean jacket to block out the cold will always be a good staple item to add to your fall wardrobe. Getting new clothes for the fall season gives me an excuse to go through my closet and throw out anything that I don’t wear. I used to have this rule; when I would run out of hangers, I would have to get rid of a shirt. I keep a bin in my closet and make that the “giveaway pile”. This year I will be donating those clothes to the citizens in Redding, California. Apparently, there’s a wild fire that keeps spreading and destroying homes, so the place where I work is collecting any sort of supplies to take to Redding. Send love & prayers to Redding!
